PRESS FACILITIES CO-ORDINATOR

Permanent, Full-time - Based at the Media Experience Centre in Crawley

About the role

MSL Global is a leading experiential events agency, delivering world-class brand experiences through live events, brand activations, and strategic partnerships. As a trusted agency to Toyota GB and Lexus UK, we manage the Press Media Fleet Loan Service, operating from the Media Experience Centre in Crawley.


As Press Facilities Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of this space, creating an environment where our client and their media guests can engage effortlessly.


Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll oversee every aspect of the MEC’s day-to-day management—from

co-ordinating meeting room bookings and event setups to arranging catering and providing on-site support for visiting journalists and clients.


Beyond front-facing service, you’ll also ensure the facility runs smoothly behind the scenes, liaising with contractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and supporting the press services team with essential administration. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help deliver exceptional experiences that reflect the high standards of the brands we support.


Key responsibilities

  • Meeting Room & Event Coordination – Manage bookings, set up meeting spaces, arrange catering, and liaise with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Client & Guest Support – Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment, as well as being there to open or close the site to accommodate meeting requests.
  • Facilities Management – Support the day-to-day upkeep of the MEC, including liaising with contractors, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring health & safety compliance.
  • Supplies & Inventory – Order and manage office and hospitality supplies to keep the facility running smoothly
  • Press Services Admin Support – Assist the team with general administrative tasks related to press fleet operations and media events.


About you

  • Experience in facilities coordination, office administration, hospitality, or events.
  • Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a proactive and friendly approach.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health & safety processes and facilities management is beneficial.
  • Full UK driving licence required and able to commute to the Crawley site daily.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on booking requirements, with core hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, but occasional early starts from 8:00am or later finishes until 6:00pm to ensure guests are welcomed and meetings run smoothly.
