About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Project Manager, someone who is a self-starter with excellent time management skills. In this role, you will be comfortable taking a brief and running with it, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently, all while ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

This role is pivotal to our growth. In addition to leading a diverse range of projects, you will oversee a large-scale live delivery campaign in July, ensuring flawless execution of every detail. Ideally, you will have experience in the automotive sector, which will be invaluable for this campaign and other projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage each project from initial brief to execution with full autonomy and minimal oversight.
Take and interpret each client's briefs and objectives to provide tailored event solutions.
Collaborate across the entire event cycle, working with suppliers, venues, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
Provide quotes, plan logistics and resources, build budgets, and manage timelines to achieve project goals.
Oversee all aspects of event project management, from planning and budgeting to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
Lead the delivery of one-off campaigns and various-scale projects, including a flagship live campaign in July.
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and build strong client relationships.

About you

Proven experience in managing end-to-end live event projects across a variety of scales and settings.
Experience in working on events within the automotive sector is highly desirable.
Strong skills in creating budgets, logistics planning, resource management and timeline execution.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Flexibility to travel as needed for on-site event delivery.
