About the role
Join MSL’s event operations crew and become part of a dedicated team that helps bring live events to life for global brands. From exhibitions and trade shows to product launches, you’ll be involved in every aspect of event delivery—from logistics to client-facing support.
This role offers variety, excitement, and the opportunity to work on events across the UK. You’ll be tasked with ensuring smooth event operations, driving our vehicles and equipment to event sites, and helping deliver a high level of service to our clients.
We pride ourselves on our supportive, friendly team and will offer all necessary training to ensure you're confident in every aspect of the role.
Key responsibilities
- Fleet Driving and Transport:
Safely operate and drive company vehicles to transport event equipment and crew to various event locations across the UK, ensuring timely arrival and smooth logistics.
- Event Setup and Breakdown:
Assist with unloading, setting up, and packing down event equipment and staging, ensuring all items are in place and events run smoothly.
- On-Site and Warehouse Support:
Provide on-the-ground support for the crew during event setup, delivery, and breakdown, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently and according to client specifications.
- Team Collaboration and Client Interaction:
Work closely with project managers and other crew members, maintaining clear communication to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard while representing the brand professionally in front of clients.
About you
- Previous events experience is desirable, but not required.
- Adaptable and Reliable:
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling various tasks with flexibility and ensuring reliability in all aspects of event operations.
- Good Driving Skills:
Possess a clean driving licence and comfortable driving fleet vehicles to and from event locations, with an understanding of UK road networks.
- Physically Fit and Practical:
Capable of handling physical tasks, including unloading and setting up equipment on-site, with a practical approach to problem-solving during event setups.
- Strong Team Player:
A collaborative attitude, able to work well with others and communicate effectively to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- You must be able to reach our Bordon offices easily in order to attend briefings and access our fleet and vehicles.
