About the role

Due to our expanding pipeline of exciting projects in 2025, we are looking to grow our pool of experienced Event Project Managers. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients. You’ll be hands-on from start to finish, managing event logistics, client communication, supplier relationships, and budgets, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.

This role is pivotal to our growth, there is also an opportunity to oversee a large-scale live delivery campaign in July, ensuring flawless execution of every detail. Ideally, you will have experience in the automotive sector, which will be invaluable for this campaign and other projects.

About you

Proven experience in end to end project management within the events industry.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Previous experience managing brand campaigns in a B2B and B2C setting is desirable.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
Strong communication skills to maintain client and team relationships.
Ability to take the lead and work autonomously, whilst collaborating with stakeholders along the way.
Flexibility to travel as needed for on-site event delivery.
Availability to work on a freelance basis during 2025.
